Miagao Salakayan Festival 2012 Tribe Competition Winners Result and Photos

The highlight of Miagao Salakayan Festival is the Tribe Competition. Six participating tribes from different schools in Miagao competed for Tribal Dance. The six tribes were Tribu Kabugwason of Miagao National High School (MNHS), Tribu Buklod of Bacolod National High School (BNHS) , Tribu Bantalaan of San Rafael National High School [SRNHS], Tribu Salagyawan of Alejandro Fermiza Memorial National High School (AFMNHS), Tribu Tabun-ak of Palaca Damilisan National High School (PDNHS), and Tribu Kirayanon of Kirayan National High School (KNHS).

Salakayan Tribes’ Contest 2012 Tickets Now Available

The Miagao’s 296th Foundation Anniversary and Salakayan Festival 2012 is week-long celebration starting February 4-12, 2012. This year’s theme: “Ugyon, Miagaowanon!”

One of the highlights of this year’s festival is the Salakayan Tribes’ Contest which will feature the historical Salakayan event.
