Sony introduces their new innovative and Android-powered device called Sony Xperia Sola, the first ever smartphone with a floating touch navigation.
The Sony Xperia Sola combines Sony’s new floating touch navigation with NFC and Xperia SmartTags to give a unique smartphone experience. SmartTags functions almost similarly with Apple iPhone 4S Siri. It can store 10 different commands such as instructing your phone to turn on its WiFi connection, turn on the alarm, etc.
The Xperia sola has a 3.7” Reality Display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, xLOUD and 3D surround sound, a 5MP camera with a 16x digital zoom, 720p video recording, DLNA, and Google Android 2.3 (upgradable to version 4.0).
The Xperia Sola will be launched soon worldwide with predicted time of release between the end of this month and the end of June. It will be available in black, white or red. As of posting time, Pricing has not yet confirmed.
